Passionate Plant Lady
My love of houseplants goes back to my childhood. My mother didn’t have a lot of plants, but she had a Spider Plant that had a million babies! How could you not get hooked?! She passed on her love of houseplants and knowledge of plant care to me.
My collection now consists of over 175 plants, some of them are 30 years old, and I am fortunate enough to have many heirloom varieties that have been collected and propagated from not only my Mom’s plants but also from my deceased sister-in-law, and mother-in-law’s plants.
I had the honor of propagating Christmas Cactuses from three of my very old plants along with my Mom’s and my Mother-in-law’s plants to use as favors for my eldest daughter’s wedding!
That labor of love grew into an idea….to propagate and spread the love to other like minded plant enthusiasts.
My plant obsession fills me with joy and I'd like to share that joy with others through my etsy shop. I also hold workshops on How to Create a Hanging Kokedama Plant and How to Create Terrariums. I am also available to stage your home or office and/or take care of your plants for you.
